Even if I’m not fond of the store owner, I guess I’d still visit if the selection of items was impressive, lol. Shioriko-san really is a hardcore fan of old books! Well, this story revolves around old books, so it’s only natural, but it seems like there are a lot of people who love old books, aren’t there? I wonder if there are actually many people out there who love old books…
If you just want to know the content, old books aren’t necessary; e-books would suffice, right? But buying old books means finding value in those old volumes. Does it mean that the person loves collecting? A book lover + collector + a fan of authors who are somewhat historical = becomes an old book lover?
Isn’t it common for people to steal…? It feels like theft incidents occur quite frequently… When solving mysteries involving old books, if an incident related to old books actually occurs, does it often involve stealing or searching? Another possibility could be a murder that follows the content of an old book…? No, that seems a bit off from the style of “Biblia Used Bookstore Casebook”…
The original Cheburashka is indeed a creature of unknown origin, lol. The Cheburashka I know is completely different, lol. But maybe this is good in its own way…
Wait, could it be that Fumika-san contacted her mother…? The mother knew various things because she had reports from Fumika-san… But then, no reply came back, did it…? I wonder why… Is it because it’s something left to Shioriko-san, so she won’t reply to emails from Fumika-san? No, that seems like a weak reason for not replying… If she continues to ignore, does it mean she dislikes only Fumika-san…? Oh, that would be too sad… I hope that’s not the case… I like mysteries with a twist, but I want “Biblia Used Bookstore Casebook” to have a happy ending!
