Dungeon Meshi (Anime) Episode 2: Roast Basilisk/Omelette/Tempura
I’m getting hungry!
Below are my impressions with spoilers!
Marulk is unexpectedly amazing, right?
They managed to somewhat evade the basilisk! There seemed to be some clumsy setup, but they’re somehow managing with the force of a fire brigade, right?
Laios is indeed strong, isn’t he?
Despite being treated as eccentric by everyone in the party and having a somewhat careless attitude, he’s quite a famous adventurer on the island, isn’t he?
He has extensive knowledge of monsters, and he even managed to cut off the basilisk’s head in one stroke!
Truly, Laios is impressive!
The roast basilisk looks delicious!
Such a great color! Uh, my drool…
Hmm, the elf who ate the basilisk with them.
His ears are slightly round… Could he be a half-elf?
Well, but they also seem a bit pointed.
Individual ears look rounded or not, depending on the angle?
Maybe I’m just forgetting, but the possibility of being a half-elf?
How does magic for disarming traps work?
Does it neutralize the mechanism that triggers the trap?
Is it faster to have Chilchack disarm it due to his innate talent?
Or is it generally faster to have a halfling disarm it with their Half-Foot magic?
So many things I’m curious about all of a sudden…
The mandrake and basilisk omelette also looks delicious!
In the manga, it’s black and white, but the color in the anime is nice!
It seems color is crucial in cooking!
The Great Bat Heaven also looks tasty…
But can bats be eaten?
I’ve heard they carry various fungi…
I wonder if the giant bats in this dungeon are safe to eat?
I might really like the ending song.
