Reflections on the Demon: Asmodeus

Hmm, looking at the images posted on Wikipedia, Asmodeus appears to be primarily male?

Is it more unusual for him to be depicted as female?
Why would they portray him as female?
Oh, speaking of which, Leviathan was also depicted as female, but what was the original depiction like…?
Maybe they chose to depict them as female for the narrative structure?
Hmm, even if the original demon is male, in “Make the Exorcist Fall in Love,” they become female.
Considering that, the upcoming appearances of Lucifer and Belphegor might not necessarily be male either?
They might appear as females too!

If you keep fish guts in a censer, Asmodeus won’t attack?
Does Asmodeus dislike the smell of fish guts…?
Or is it that demons in general, or at least Asmodeus individually, dislike the smell of burning fish guts?
Hmm…

Could you have just kept burning fish guts all the time to protect Aria…?
Might there have been excuses to avoid doing so?
Hmm, if it wasn’t Asmodeus after Aria, maybe that method of protection could have been considered?
But then again, burning fish guts constantly would probably be unpleasant for anyone, not just Aria…
Since the date was set, maybe just burning them on that specific day could have worked?
Though it might lack excitement in the narrative, couldn’t that method have been considered?
And yet, I wonder, could such a powerful demon lord really be repelled just by fish guts…?
Was this something only Raphael could have accomplished?

Looking back at the first volume of “Make the Exorcist Fall in Love,” she’s called Sara by a succubus…
Surely Asmodeus made her call him that, right?
A lingering attachment to Sara?
Perhaps that’s why he saw Sara in the priest as well…
